The experience at Lexus Leeds was good because to put it plainly, everything from start to finish was faultless. The sales executive Jack, presentation of car and the site itself. All staff we encountered in the showroom were helpful and extremely friendly. The tedious paperwork necessary was done in a helpful, friendly, easy to understand manner. On collection the same was repeated, pleasant, not to hurried or drawn out. Jack went through all the details of the car even in the persistent rain and before setting off we were greeted by the sales manager who thanked us for our business. All in all a totally professional outfit, which in 45 years of purchasing and owning many cars, in my experience was second to none which could be said about the flowers and chocolates we received on collection of the car.
